On November 13, Bitauto editors captured a set of pictures of the new Volkswagen Golf GTI during a visit to the 2024 Guangzhou Auto Show. As a mid-term facelift model, the new Volkswagen Golf GTI will have its appearance adjusted, while the power system remains unchanged.

In terms of appearance, the headlights of the new Volkswagen Golf GTI adopt an angular design and are matched with through-type LED daytime running lights. The new car's front surround has a much different shape. The new car adopts a classic honeycomb mesh design and is equipped with five-point LED light groups on both sides.

As for the rear of the car, the taillight group of the new car adopts a blackened design, and the shape is the same as the headlight group. In addition, the new car adopts a dual-exhaust layout at the rear, and has the word "GTI" in the middle of the trunk to indicate the identity of the new car. In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the new car are 4289/1788/1648mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 2631mm.

In terms of interior, the new car still uses a 10.25-inch full LCD digital instrument + 10-inch touch central control screen, and is equipped with a CNS3.0 intelligent car navigation infotainment system. In addition, the new car is equipped with a classic seat design, which looks very retro.

In terms of power, the new car will continue to be equipped with a 2.0T engine with a maximum power of 220 horsepower. The transmission system will be matched with a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox.
