Recently, Mopar officially released a new home charging pile, suitable for plug-in hybrid models of Jeep and Chrysler brands, priced at US$599 overseas.
Information shows that the new home charging pile is L2 level, supports WiFi control, has a voltage of 240 volts and a power of 7.7 kilowatts. It takes about 2 hours to fully charge, which is faster than L1 level home charging piles. The charging speed of the charging station is 6 times faster.
Currently, the new home charging piles are suitable for Jeep Wrangler 4xe, Grand Cherokee 4xe and Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid models. In addition, this year marks the 85th anniversary of the founding of the Mopar brand. Mopar is composed of the words Motor and Parts. It provides parts and after-sales services to the brands previously owned by the FCA Group. It is currently a sub-brand of the Stellantis Group.
