A few days ago, Toyota Motor (China) Investment Co., Ltd., in accordance with the requirements of the "Regulations on the Management of Recall of Defective Automobile Products" and the "Implementation Measures of the Regulations on the Management of Recalls of Defective Automobile Products", The State Administration for Market Regulation has filed a recall plan to recall the following vehicles starting from May 11, 2022.

One , recalling some imported Lexus NX 260, NX 350h, and NX 400h+ with production dates from March 31, 2021 to March 17, 2022, a total of 6,832 units.

Vehicles within the scope of this recall have improper internal control procedures of the multi-function display system. When the gear shifting operation is performed or the vehicle is driving, , the multi-function display screen may not switch normally. At this time, the previously played video screen will remain on the display screen, which may distract the driver's attention and pose safety risks.

Toyota Motor (China) Investment Co., Ltd. will use vehicle remote upgrade (OTA) technology to upgrade the multi-function display program for vehicles within the recall scope free of charge. Users can complete the program upgrade without going to the store; for vehicles that cannot pass the For vehicles recalled using the vehicle remote upgrade (OTA) technology, Toyota Motor (China) Investment Co., Ltd. will contact users through Lexus dealers to go to the store to upgrade the multi-function display of the vehicle for free to eliminate safety hazards

2. Recall some imported Lexus NX 260, NX 350h, and NX 400h+ with production dates from March 31, 2021 to January 28, 2022, a total of 2,589 units.

Due to improper welding equipment program settings on some vehicles within the scope of this recall, there may be leakage of welds inside the front fender fender sub-assembly used to fix the left/right front shock absorbers on the body. When the vehicle is continuously used in this state, cracks may occur around the solder joints. In extreme cases, it will affect the driving stability of the vehicle and pose a safety hazard.

Toyota Motor (China) Investment Co., Ltd. will inspect the left/right front fender fender sub-assembly for free welding leaks or steel plate cracks for vehicles within the scope of the recall. If there is any leakage welding, Repair welding; if there are cracks, replace the front fender fender sub-assembly to eliminate safety hazards
